Tim is in Oklahoma right now--work related. I got adventurous with the computer and it looks like I may have created our own blogspot. Now what?
We're the Jarmans. Tim, Mary, Nate (11), Megan (9), Jeran (9), and Diana Jo (DJ--8). The four-legged members of our family are Champ and Angel. Angel is a puppy, and some days we wonder if we should have named her something else...like perhaps Devil. Good thing we love her! We have what we call an "instafamily," just add water and stir! At least that's what it seemed like as our family was growing...back then it was three children two years apart. Some days were a blur, but mostly we just feel blessed to know these incredible children in our family. So here's how it all came together: Nate and Jeran are biological children. When Jeran was a newborn, we learned about Megan, and less than a month and a few thousand air miles later, she was ours. DJ is actually a biological cousin to our children. Her mother is my youngest sister. On August 18, 2007, DJ's parents and 2 year-old sister were killed in a car accident. DJ survived, and is living permanently with us. She's a remarkable girl, and shows us every day with her resiliant attitude that life goes on. We're so blessed to have her.
